Due to COVID-19 and the extra pressure on most courier and mail services the delivery times listed below may be extended by 5-10 days.
P.T. Parts will only deliver to Australian delivery addresses.
Where applicable, freight cost will be charged as a separate item on the invoice.
Standard Delivery 3-5 Days
Orders under $20 including GST will be charged a $10 freight charge.
Orders over $20 but under $50 including GST will be charged a $15 freight charge.
Orders over $50 including GST will be delivered free of charge.
Express Delivery 1-2 Days (When Requested)
Orders under $20 including GST will be charged a $15 freight charge.
Orders over $20 but under $50 including GST will be charged a $20 freight charge.
Orders over $50 including GST will be charged a $25 freight charge.
Express delivery of 1-2 days will only occur in capital city areas and major country towns around Australia.
It is always our intention to dispatch all orders on the day that the order is placed. This is subject to the goods being in stock and the availability of the courier to pick up the goods.
Goods will be despatched on our choice of courier, or they may be picked up from our branch in Melbourne by arrangement during normal business hours 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Pick Ups can be made from our Melbourne office 1 hour after you have placed your order.

Returned goods must be in resalable condition and not damaged or reworked from standard. Any goods damaged once they have left our warehouse, including goods damaged in transit, will not be returnable for credit. Reworked goods include belts cut from a sleeve or cut to length (this includes all Timing Belts and Poly-V Belts), chain cut to length and goods that have had any machining work performed by either us, the customer or a third party. Special items that are imported against a customer order will not be returnable. No Exceptions.
Items that have been manufactured against a customer order will not be returnable. No Exceptions.
A restocking fee will be charged as per the following.
Goods returned within 30 days of the invoice. 0% of the invoiced amount
Goods returned after 30 days up to 90 days of the invoice. 20% of the invoiced amount
Goods returned after 90 days of the invoice. 100% of the invoiced amount. No credit will be given.
Special items that are purchased from or manufactured by local suppliers will not be returnable unless we have approval from its supplier that they will accept the item back for credit. A restocking fee will apply to cover any cost associated with this return. In all cases, customers are responsible for freight costs to the nearest branch of P.T. Parts.
